KRC Genk Defeat Sassuolo 3-1 Bailey Strikes Again

KRC Genk hammered Italian Club Sassuolo today in an exciting match. KRC Genk took the lead after just 8 minutes when Nikos Karelis opened the scoring. A few minutes later KRC Genk was on the score sheet again this time a goal from the Phoenix Machine Leon Bailey at 25 minutes in and the game was basically over at this point until the second half where Thomas Buffel netted KRC Genk's third goal in the 61st minute putting the icing on the cake and putting the match out of Sassuolo's reach. Their fighting spirit was rewarded as they got a late goal but it was only a consolation goal in the 65th minute but the match was long gone in KRC Genk's favor.
